No Refund
At Sai Safety Works Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we request your understanding that all purchases are considered final as per our no-refund policy.

Exchange
We are committed to quality assurance. Sai Safety Works Wear offers exchanges on items with manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Policy
Warranty claims must be submitted within the periods specified below:
- Safety Shoes: 9 months from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
- Retractable Blocks: 6 months from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
- All Other Products: 1 year from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for one side of the freight cost during the exchange or warranty claim process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
